Perform clerical and administrative functions like drafting correspondences, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files;


Receive telephone calls, maintain diaries and arranging appointments;


Receive, transmit and dispatch correspondences on time;


Ensure proper archiving of administrative documents;


Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes) ;


In charge of the logistics when need be;


Report to the S.G. on time;


In charge of preparing travelling documents;


Execute all other tasks given by your supervisor;














HND or Bachelor Degree, preferably in secretary or any equivalent diploma;


Atleast 2 years of experience as a secretary;


Be between 35-40 years;


Be bilingual in English and French;


Possess knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures;


Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality concerning financial and employee files;


Possess analytic and problem solving skills;


Possess good communications skills and organizational skills;


Possess excellent time and stress management skills;


Computer skills in spreadsheet and word-processing programs;
